Evening Gentle Yoga

Relax and unwind at the end of the day with this gentle yoga practice. Here we will focus on stretching the muscles, holding each pose for several breaths up to a few minutes. We will be incorporating breathwork to help support activation of the Parasympathetic Nervous system as well as guided meditation.
